If you receive this message you can try a couple of solutions:

  1. Try a different browser. You can usually regain access by trying a different browser (Firefox, Safari, Chrome, etc.)
    • If this works, we know the problem is with your first browser so continue to #2 to fix the original browser.
  2. Clear your browser's cookies, cache, and history as far back in time as it will let you. Then restart your computer.
    • For instructions Google your browsers name and instructions for clearing history. (Google EX: clear chrome history)
